Thanks to all the people that came out to our UK/Europe shows. We had quite a journey. It is always an adventure – some of those shows felt like pure magic. so great to see our old friends out there and meet some new ones. it gets pretty dark and surreal out there sometimes. It’s also truly life affirming and a gift to play this music every night and visit all these places. I think it balances out but I have to admit that I do enjoy the dark surreal terror of constant travel. sometimes as much as the beautiful moments. i’m probably fucked. PS – I read Morrissey’s autobiography while I was on tour. I recommend it. Kind of amazing to read that and visit manchester. yeah…
I have been posting tour pictures here – http://instagram.com/califone_timrutili
and here – http://www.rootcrownarts.com/
have a look.
wishing love & peace to all. thanks,
